There are a number of ways for you to tell us about your experiences as a consumer of our healthcare services. This can be directly to our staff whilst you are here with us, completion of patient feedback forms, writing to us or calling us. We also have a number of Consumer Representatives who can be contacted via email if you prefer to discuss any concerns you may have or to tell us about your experiences at Western Hospital.
