Following consultation with a breast specialist, patients are escorted to the x-ray department for a mammogram and/or ultrasound (if required and usually on the same day). 

 

For added peace of mind, a specially trained breast care nurse is available to provide ongoing advice and support to women, their families and to provide pre and post operative advice.

This service in collaborating with Benson Radiology (on-site) assists with the anxiety many women feel in waiting for a diagnosis.
